There are many free foreclosure websites.  Foreclosure listings, by the very nature that they are public records, are free.  The question is, do you have the time to comb through the massive amounts of data required to make an informed decision.  Nevertheless, the companies that foreclosed on these homes, wish to find potential home buyers as quickly as possible.

In many cases, you can find free foreclosure listings directly from the source, by searching individual asset management company websites that specialize in foreclosed assets.  Several banks also list their foreclosed and real estate owned (REO) properties on their webpages.  Also, some government agencies will list foreclosed homes on their websites.  If you have more money than time, or would prefer, someone to compile all of the information available, there are also several pay databases, which compile free bank foreclosure listings, and augment the information with their market data.  Many offer a free trial.  Some of these sites are listed below.
